The follow-up to the iMac shipped in five new colors, Blueberry (blue), Strawberry (red), Lime (green), Tangerine (orange), and Grape (purple). These models came in two revisions, the first models featured a 266MHz G3 processor, where the later April 1999 models featured a faster 333MHz G3 processor. The pricing information here is for the faster model.

Contrary to popular belief, there is no evidence to support the theory that some colors are “more rare” than the others. Although Apple never released individual sales details for these colored iMacs (to my knowledge), the Blueberry and older Bondi blue models appeared to be more popular. More of these models ended up selling due to them being discounted by many retailers. However, it was very common to see a school or business filled with different colored iMacs.
